Join us for the launch of the Singapore Pavilion, which will highlight Singapore's collaborative efforts to accelerate collective climate action. The Singapore Pavilion will open with video remarks by Minister of Sustainability and the Environment, Grace Fu, which will follow with opening remarks by Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Ravi Menon. The launch event will also feature a panel discussion comprising stakeholders representing diverse sectors of society that are coming together to advance climate action in Singapore and with all our regional and international partners.

Climate change is not just an environmental problem. Over the past year, climate-induced wildfires, floods and heatwaves all over the world have affected human health and wellbeing, and weakened the ability of healthcare systems in disaster zones to respond to the crisis.

To boost the capacity of the healthcare sector in dealing with the compounding risks of climate change and biodiversity loss, the National University of Singapore is launching a series of initiatives to contribute to the growing body of research on the links between climate change and health.
